Click here to open the exchange site.
Log in using the email address and password you’ve filed for Gatecoin.
Once you’re logged in, you can see different menus on the left side of the page. Click on ‘Withdraw’ which is the sixth option from the top.
For Augur (REP) withdrawals, go to ‘Withdraw Funds’ and click on your Augur (REP). In this example, we are using BTC.
Next, add your wallet address by clicking on the plus sign next to”Account.”
Click on the “Add Address” button to select the Augur (REP) address. Make sure to select the correct one as completed withdrawal transactions can no longer be reversed, therefore, you could lose your money permanently if the wrong recipient is chosen.
After typing in the address and password, click on the ‘Save’ icon to continue.
Go back to the ‘Withdraw Funds’ page and fill in the amount, add a comment when needed, then click on the ‘Send’ button to proceed.
Most Augur (REP) withdrawals from Gatecoin are processed instantly. If you’d like to view pending and previously processed transactions, go to ‘History’.
To withdraw Fiat money, go to the ‘Accounts’ tab and add an account if you have not yet registered a bank account on Gatecoin. Enter all the essential information correctly like your bank code and ensure that this information is exactly the same as the bank statement. Otherwise, the transaction request will be rejected or you could lose your money if you supply incorrect information.
After adding the bank account, go to “Withdraw Funds” and select the fiat currency in which you would like to withdraw funds. Then, double check your request summary and press “Send” to continue.
Withdrawal transaction can take up to two to three business days. If you’d like to view pending and previously processed transactions, go to ‘History’.
