To withdraw True USD (TUSD), click on the ‘Cryptocoins’ tab.
Select the coin to which you want to withdraw your funds from and hit the ‘Withdraw’ button. Enter the amount to be transferred and to which wallet address on the next page. This operation is final so be sure to use the correct crypto-wallet address. Confirmation of this transaction may take up to 24 business hours.
For Fiat money withdrawal, click on the ‘Currency’ tab.
Select the currency or fiat to which you want to make a withdrawal and then click the ‘Withdraw’ button of that currency. On the following page, provide the required information such as the amount to be withdrawn. Confirmation of this transaction will arrive within 24 to 72 hours.
To view your transaction, go to the ‘Withdrawal’ section and choose the True USD (TUSD) or Fiat money that you have withdrawn.
