Withdrawing funds from your BitInka account is very easy and straightforward. However, just like any other exchanges verification is necessary before you can make a withdrawal. Also, if you wish to withdraw from your local currency, you must first register your bank account.
To help you with the withdrawal process, we have prepared below easy-to-follow steps.
Click this to access the platform.
Log-in with your registered BitInka account.
After logging in, you’ll be routed right away to the Wallet section of the exchange.
To withdraw Achain (ACT), click on the ‘Cryptocoins’ tab.
Select the coin to which you want to withdraw your funds from and hit the ‘Withdraw’ button. Enter the amount to be transferred and to which wallet address on the next page. This operation is final so be sure to use the correct crypto-wallet address. Confirmation of this transaction may take up to 24 business hours.
For Fiat money withdrawal, click on the ‘Currency’ tab.
Select the currency or fiat to which you want to make a withdrawal and then click the ‘Withdraw’ button of that currency. On the following page, provide the required information such as the amount to be withdrawn. Confirmation of this transaction will arrive within 24 to 72 hours.
To view your transaction, go to the ‘Withdrawal’ section and choose the Achain (ACT) or Fiat money that you have withdrawn.
With OKEx, you can deposit cryptocurrencies like Achain (ACT). Fiat money deposit is not yet an option at the moment. However, it is available through OKCoin.
Here are the steps on how to deposit funds on your registered and confirmed OKEx account.
Click here to open the exchange site.
Log in using the email address and password you’ve filed for OKEx.
Select your Achain (ACT) under “Token Deposit.” We are using Bitcoin in this example.
Copy the current deposit address or select your wallet address by clicking on “Address history.” It is a must to copy the correct address before submitting the transaction. Otherwise, you may lose control of your Achain (ACT) as it can no longer be reverted.
You can check your pending and processed transactions by going to “History.”
