Withdrawing your funds from 1BTCXE is something that you can effortlessly and quickly do. You have the option to withdraw Bitcoin Cash or Fiat money depending on your necessity and preference. It is a requirement though that you have a valid Crypto Capital account before you can transfer Fiat money.
The steps below will lead you to achieve your first withdrawal from 1BTCXE.
Log-in to 1BTCXE to start the process by typing in your registered email and password. To continue, hit the ‘Login’ button.
If you have an active 2FA setting for your 1BTCXE account, you will need to key-in your 6-digit code which you can get from the authenticator app. Validate to go to the next page.
Click the ‘Withdrawal’ button or tab to initiate your withdrawal.
To withdraw Bitcoin Cash, locate the ‘Withdraw Bitcoins’ section and enter the receiving address and the amount you want to send. Be careful with the address to avoid errors. If you type a wrong address, you’ll most likely lose your funds. To complete this step, click the ‘Send Bitcoins’ button. You might need to provide another 6-digit code on the next screen if 2FA setting is active on your 1BTCXE account. The withdrawal process on 1BTCXE is most of the time immediate and crediting to the receiving wallet may need to wait for a certain number of confirmations.
As previously mentioned, Fiat withdrawal requires a Crypto Capital account which is associated or connected to your 1BTCXE account. If everything is ready, you can now withdraw your funds in the form of Fiat from 1BTCXE.
From the ‘Withdraw’ page, look for the ‘Withdraw Fiat Currency’ section. Select your Crypto Capital account from the dropdown list and the amount you wish to withdraw. Click the ‘Withdraw Currency’ button to complete the transaction. Same with Bitcoin Cash withdrawal, you may also need to provide a 6-digit code if two-factor authentication is active on your 1BTCXE account. Since the exchange manually verifies all withdrawals for security purposes crediting may take up to 1 day.
You can find your withdrawal transaction from the ‘Recent Withdrawals’ section on the Withdraw page.
