Processing Bitcoin Cash withdrawal from your DSX account is only possible after passing the Know Your Customer” or “KYC” stage.

First off, access the log-in page of the exchange.

Make sure that you are selecting the correct address to avoid losing funds. The template will be available on the “Withdraw” page.

To withdraw cryptocurrency from your DSX account using existing withdrawal template, click on the necessary withdrawal template. You will be redirected to the withdrawal form where you need to enter your withdrawal amount. Click the “Withdraw” button afterward and approve your withdrawal request.

Bitcoin Cash withdrawals are processed and sent to the cryptocurrency network in a few minutes. In some instances, it can take up to few hours due to additional security screening. Additional delays with Bitcoin Cash withdrawals can be caused by limited liquidity on DSX hot wallets. In that case, the withdrawals processing delay can be up to a few hours, while DSX transfer funds to hot wallet.

Just like processing Bitcoin Cash withdrawal, you need to complete the KYC stage before you can proceed with your transaction.

After clicking on “Withdraw,” you will be given instructions on what to input like your withdrawal amount.

Bank transfer withdrawals are usually processed within 1-2 business days. It can take longer during bank holidays. DSX uses Rietumu Bank to send bank transfers.

Withdrawals in Fiat currencies (USD, EUR, RUB) to the ePayments platform are instant.

Step by step overview on how to deposit Bitcoin Cash on OKCoin

With OKCoin, you can deposit cryptocurrencies like Bitcoin Cash as well as Fiat money.

Here are the steps on how to deposit funds on your registered and confirmed OKCoin account:

Copy the current deposit address or select your wallet address by clicking on “Address history.” It is a must to copy the correct address before submitting the transaction. Otherwise, you may lose control of your Bitcoin Cash as it can no longer be reverted.

You can check your balance by clicking on the “Balance” menu available on the right side of the page.

2. Deposit Fiat money on your OKCoin account

For Fiat money deposit, select your currency under “Token Deposit”. We are using USD in this example.

Choose your bank of deposit and enter your desired amount (as per latest update, the minimum is USD100; maximum depends on your KYC level). Read OKCoin’s terms of service and check the box, then click on “Submit.” After submission, you will be redirected to the deposit confirmation page which shows the details of the beneficiary bank.

Make sure to complete the deposit within 72 hours, or the request will be canceled. It is a must to enter all the required information of the beneficiary bank as instructed in order not to lose your money.
