HitBTC has an easy way of withdrawing funds. However, you can only process transactions for cryptocurrencies as Fiat currencies like US dollar, Euros, British Pounds, and more are currently not available.
Here are guided steps on how to withdraw funds from you HitBTC account:
Go to https://hitbtc.com and log into your account using the email and password you’ve registered, then click “Sign in.”
To withdraw your Bitcoin Cash, proceed to the “Account” tab. Click on the “Withdraw” button next to your Bitcoin Cash.
Before making any withdrawal, make sure that the amount you’d wish to withdraw is deposited on your main account, so you can transfer it from your trading account if needed. Hit the “Transfer” button to proceed.
After transferring your funds from your primary account to the trading account, you can proceed to process the withdrawal.
Enter the amount you’d want to withdraw and paste the receiving address to the “Address” field. Make sure that you’re using the correct address. Once your money has been sent, the transaction wouldn’t be reversed.
Once ready, click “Withdraw.”
After hitting the “Withdraw” button and typing in the authentication code, the following notification is going to pop-up: “Your withdrawal request requires confirmation by e-mail.”
Open your email and locate the message from [email protected], with a subject line “Withdraw verification” that looks like this:
Click the link to confirm your withdrawal. You can manage your withdrawals in the “Reports – Payment history,” or in the “Latest transactions” section at the bottom of the screen.
The three yellow dots show that your withdrawal is being processed. Once completed, it will turn green.
You can acquire funds in your DSX account through digital currencies like Bitcoin Cash or Fiat money. If you prefer to add funds through Bank transfer, you are required to finish the “Know Your Customer” or “KYC” process. If you have a verified ePayments account, you can link it and deposit directly.
Here you will find steps that can help you make your first Bitcoin Cash deposit on DSX.
First off, access the log-in page of the exchange.
After logging in, select the “Add funds” option. This is where you can see all your DSX cryptocurrency wallets.
If you wish to deposit cryptocurrencies like Bitcoin Cash on your DSX account, select your desired Bitcoin Cash. After making your selection, you will be given a “deposit address” which you need to copy using the “Copy button” or press the “Info button” and scan the QR code. You will receive an email notification when the Bitcoin Cash deposit is processed and funds are available on your DSX account.
Incoming cryptocurrency transaction will be finally processed by DSX only after the exact count of network confirmations. Confirmations count depends on cryptocurrency.
For your reference, these are the supported cryptocurrencies:
Bitcoin (BTC) – 3 confirmations (apx. 30 minutes, sometimes longer)
Bitcoin Cash (BCC) – 6 confirmations (apx. 1 hour, sometimes longer)
Bitcoin Gold (BTG) – 6 confirmations (apx. 1 hour, sometimes longer)
Litecoin (LTC) – 6 confirmations (apx. 15 – 20 minutes, sometimes longer)
Ethereum (ETH) – 25 confirmations (apx. 5 – 10 minutes, sometimes longer)
For you to upload Fiat money to your DSX account through Bank transfer, you need to complete your KYC process as described above OR if you have a verified ePayments* account, you can link it and then deposit instantly.
*ePayments is an international payment provider that makes it easy to send money transfers across borders almost instantly.
From the dashboard, follow the instructions on how to upload funds to a bank account after passing KYC. If you’ve not passed KYC and/or need a faster option and you have an ePayments account, you can quickly link it (after clicking the “Add funds” button)
