Processing withdrawals from your funded OKCoin account are easy. You can withdraw Bitcoin Cash or Fiat money, depending on what you have deposited.
Let’s go through the step by step process to help you withdraw funds on your OKCoin account:
Click here to open the exchange site.
You have three options when logging in. As shown on the image below, you can log in using your linked phone number, registered email address, and sub-account.
In this example, we are logging in using the email address and password I’ve filed for OKCoin.
Once logged in, you will see the “My Wallet” page where you can see available tokens. To withdraw, click on “Token Withdraw” from your selected Bitcoin Cash or currency.
For Bitcoin Cash withdrawal, select your Bitcoin Cash under “Token Deposit”. We are using Bitcoin in this example.
Paste the deposit address or select your wallet address by clicking on “OK address.” It is a must to copy the correct address before submitting the transaction. Otherwise, you may lose control of your Bitcoin Cash as it can no longer be reverted. Next, type in your Google Authentication code, SMS Verification code, and Fund password. Click on “Confirm withdrawal” to proceed.
You can check your balance by clicking on the “Balance” menu available on the right side of the page.
For Fiat money withdrawal, select your currency under “Token Withdraw”. We are using USD in this example.
Select the beneficiary account and type in the amount you opt to withdraw. After submitting the request, OKCoin will verify the details and process the transfer.
Epay service fee and wire transfer fee will be deducted automatically from your withdrawal amount. If your withdrawal is rejected by the beneficiary bank, OKCoin will return the withdrawal amount as well as the service fee. However, Epay service fee and wire transfer fee cannot be refunded. Therefore, it’s a must to enter the correct bank information before making a withdrawal.
Note: KYC level 2 is required for USD withdrawal as shown on the image below.
After verifying your account, you’ll then be able to deposit funds into Independent Reserve exchange through cryptocurrencies like Bitcoin Cash or Fiat money. Deposit methods include Electronic Funds Transfer and SWIFT transfer.
These are the easy-to-follow steps to help you make your first Bitcoin Cash deposit on Independent Reserve.
Click this link to access the exchange site.
After logging in, click on “accounts” for you to see your Account Balance and the available currencies. To deposit, you need to view the list and click on “deposit” in-line with your currency selection.
There’s a variety of cryptocurrencies that you can select from Independent Reserve, like Bitcoin Cash. To deposit Bitcoin Cash on your account, make your selection from the list under “accounts” and click on “deposit.”
You will then be routed to another page where you’d get to copy the wallet address. Make sure to use the same address in making Bitcoin Cash deposit transactions to avoid losing your funds.
If you wish to view your pending and or previous deposit transactions, you may go to “Transaction History” at any time.
You also have the option to deposit Fiat money on your Independent Reserve account and the steps are pretty much similar to adding Bitcoin Cash deposit. Go to “accounts” and select your currency by viewing the list. Once you’ve made your selection, all you have to do is click on “deposit.”
You will then be routed to another page where you can select your method of deposit transaction and supply the required information asked by the system.
If you wish to view your pending and or previous deposit transactions, you may go to “Transaction History” at any time.
