Processing withdrawals from your funded OKCoin account are easy. You can withdraw Bitcoin Cash or Fiat money, depending on what you have deposited.
Let’s go through the step by step process to help you withdraw funds on your OKCoin account:
Click here to open the exchange site.
You have three options when logging in. As shown on the image below, you can log in using your linked phone number, registered email address, and sub-account.
In this example, we are logging in using the email address and password I’ve filed for OKCoin.
Once logged in, you will see the “My Wallet” page where you can see available tokens. To withdraw, click on “Token Withdraw” from your selected Bitcoin Cash or currency.
For Bitcoin Cash withdrawal, select your Bitcoin Cash under “Token Deposit”. We are using Bitcoin in this example.
Paste the deposit address or select your wallet address by clicking on “OK address.” It is a must to copy the correct address before submitting the transaction. Otherwise, you may lose control of your Bitcoin Cash as it can no longer be reverted. Next, type in your Google Authentication code, SMS Verification code, and Fund password. Click on “Confirm withdrawal” to proceed.
You can check your balance by clicking on the “Balance” menu available on the right side of the page.
For Fiat money withdrawal, select your currency under “Token Withdraw”. We are using USD in this example.
Select the beneficiary account and type in the amount you opt to withdraw. After submitting the request, OKCoin will verify the details and process the transfer.
Epay service fee and wire transfer fee will be deducted automatically from your withdrawal amount. If your withdrawal is rejected by the beneficiary bank, OKCoin will return the withdrawal amount as well as the service fee. However, Epay service fee and wire transfer fee cannot be refunded. Therefore, it’s a must to enter the correct bank information before making a withdrawal.
Note: KYC level 2 is required for USD withdrawal as shown on the image below.
With your fully confirmed and verified itBit account, you can take advantage of the different features available on the exchange. One of the major things that you need to do before you start trading is depositing funds. With itBit, you can deposit cryptocurrencies like Bitcoin Cash or Fiat money.
These are the easy-to-follow steps to help you make your first Bitcoin Cash deposit on itBit
Click this link to access the exchange site. Log in using the email address and password you’ve registered for itBit. Once you’re logged in, your default screen will direct you to itBit’s funding page.
To deposit Bitcoin Cash on itBit, choose the wallet account you would like to fund, then click on “Deposit,”.
Next, select your Bitcoin Cash and click the “Deposit” button. A pop-up window with your Bitcoin Cash deposit address will appear. You can either send your Bitcoin Cash to this deposit address or scan the QR Code provided using your wallet service.
The deposit address auto-generates a unique value for each deposit transaction. You must rescan or input the new deposit address for any future deposits to avoid losing funds.
If you scroll down the funding page, you’d be able to see your deposit transactions.
To deposit Fiat money on your itBit account, the instructions are similar to depositing Bitcoin Cash. Select the appropriate account tab from which you would like to transact. Under “Deposit,” select your currency (SGD is currently unavailable).
Next, click the “Deposit” button. The “Cash Wire Deposit Instructions” will pop-up. Please follow itBit’s instructions including making sure the bank account name from which the transfer originates, matches that of the registered account or your deposit can be rejected. Secure your itBit wallet ID. This is added in your wire transfer instructions. Insufficient/missing account identifying information will lead to delays in Fiat deposits, reversals and administrative fees imposed by the banks and itBit.
If you scroll down the funding page, you’d be able to see your deposit transactions.
You did it! You have added Fiat money on your itBit account.
