Bitbank has a series of verification steps that you need to complete prior to doing any transactions, like withdrawing Bitcoin. Additionally, the website could be a challenge to navigate as it doesn’t have any option for an English translation, however, we were able to gather these steps to help you withdraw Bitcoin from Bitbank. We advise that you pay attention to the icon beside each description to make sure you are making the right selection.
Click here to open the exchange site and click on “Login.”

There are two different ways on how you can fund your 1BTCXE account. Either way, you will no longer need to pass any verification process on 1BTCXE, unlike other exchanges. However, it is a requirement to open an account with Crypto Capital so you can deposit Fiat currencies.
To help users with deposits, we have come up with easy-to-follow steps below.
The first thing to do is log-in to your 1BTCXE account using your email and password. Click the Login button to continue.
If you have set-up an added security to your 1BTCXE account like 2FA, you will need to enter your 6-digit code. You can get this from the authenticator app. Hit ‘Validate’ to proceed.
Once logged-in click ‘Deposit’ to start funding your 1BTCXE account.
From the Deposit page, you will see the ‘Deposit Bitcoins’ section. Send your funds to the address on the screen, or you can also scan the QR code. If you wish to obtain a different address, all you need to do is click the ‘Manage Bitcoin addresses’ button. Take note though that you can only generate a new address every 24 hours. Your funds will show after receiving three confirmations for the transaction and will depend on the worldwide Bitcoin network.
Fiat money deposit on 1BTCXE is a little different compared to other exchanges. The platform requires its users to open an account first from Crypto Capital. After getting and funding an account with them, you can go ahead and associate it with your 1BTCXE account by clicking ‘Manage bank accounts’ which you can find on the Deposit page.
To open an account with Crypto Capital, go to this link.
Hit the ‘Add Account’ button to continue to the next page.
Enter your Crypto Capital account number, Description, and Currency on their respective boxes. Be sure to provide the correct currency to avoid any conversion fee. Proceed by hitting the ‘Add Account’ button.
Here you will see a prompt stating that you have successfully added your Crypto Capital account.
Go back to the Deposit page to complete this process.
Locate step 3 and follow the instructions. The moment the transfer becomes complete your funds will appear on your 1BTCXE account in just a few minutes.
To view your deposit or balance, you can navigate to your ‘My Account’ page.
