Transactions and currency withdrawals are allowed only after identity authentication is completed and approved on Coinsuper.
Let us go ahead and help you withdraw Bitcoin from your Coinsuper account.
First off, access the log-in page of the exchange and enter your registered username and password. Click on “Login” to continue.
After logging in, click on “Account” and select on “My Balance” where cryptocurrencies and Fiat money currencies are listed. To start processing withdrawals, select your currency and click on the “Withdraw” box.
To withdraw Bitcoin from your Coinsuper account, you need to select first your Bitcoin from the list which is under “Crypto.” Once you’ve selected your Bitcoin, click on the “Withdraw” box.
Type in your withdrawal information and enter the withdrawal address. Make sure you are using the correct address to avoid losing your money forever as processed transactions can no longer be reverted.
Select “Confirm withdrawal”. Your information will be reviewed and once the review is completed, the Bitcoin will be deposited to your registered external wallet address. The time of arrival varies according to the network processing speed.
To withdraw Fiat money from your Coinsuper account, click on the “Withdraw” button under “Fiat.” Fill in the withdrawal information as required by the system. Select “Apply.” The submitted withdrawal application will then be reviewed. Once the review is completed, the Fiat will be deposited to your account. The time of arrival varies according to the bank’s operating hours and schedule.
With Gatecoin, you can deposit cryptocurrencies like Bitcoin as well as Fiat money.
Here are the steps on how to deposit funds on your registered and confirmed Gatecoin account:
Click here to open the exchange site.
Log in using the email address and password you’ve filed for Gatecoin.
Once you’re logged in, you can see different menus on the left side of the page. Click on ‘Deposit’ which is the fifth option from the top.
For Bitcoin deposit, go to ‘Deposit Funds’ and click on your Bitcoin. In this example, we are using BTC.
Right below the currency options is the deposit address.
You can either copy the current deposit address or generate a new one. Scan the QR code and type in the numbers or copy the address using the external Bitcoin wallet that holds the Bitcoin you want to deposit. Send the transaction to continue.
It is a must to copy the correct address before submitting the transaction. Otherwise, you may lose control of your Bitcoin as it can no longer be reverted.
Bitcoin funds should be available after six confirmations. You will see your recent and previous deposit transactions by clicking on ‘History.’
For Fiat money deposit, go to ‘Deposit Funds’ and select HKD/USD/EUR as well as your location. We are using USD in this example.
You will then see Gatecoin’s bank account details and instructions for you to process an e-banking or wire transfer depending on your location. After sending the transfer, upload the receipt of the transaction in your Gatecoin account under “Submit” next to “Instructions.”
Fill out the information correctly as it is shown on the account statement. You are also required to attach a screenshot of the online banking payment confirmation message. Gatecoin’s service provider will not issue the funds if the needed information is not provided.
The bank transfer takes up to two business days. You will see your recent and previous deposit transactions by clicking on ‘History.’
