After accessing the Login page, click on the ‘Login to cacao account’ button.

Input the email address and password that you used when you signed up for an account on Upbit/Kakao. To continue, click on the Log-In button.

1. Withdraw Bitcoin from your Upbit account

Just like other exchanges, a user can only withdraw once his/her account gets fully authenticated. After completing the verification stage, you can go to the ‘Disbursement’ tab on the top navigation bar to start your withdrawal.

Select from the list of assets the cryptocurrency from which you want to withdraw the funds. Go to the ‘Withdrawal’ tab and follow the additional instructions just like entering the correct info of the receiver of funds. Achieving accuracy for this transaction will avoid issues and delays.

2. Withdraw Fiat money from your Upbit account

If you have a verified Upbit account, you can also make a Fiat withdrawal. Do this by going to the ‘Disbursement’ tab.

Point your mouse to the Fiat currency that holds the funds and navigate to the ‘Withdrawal’ tab. As always, be sure to follow the additional instructions. This step includes entering the correct details of the receiving channel which may consist but not limited to bank details and personal info.

To gain access to the status of your transaction, you can go to the ‘Deposit/withdrawal waiting’ section of the ‘Investment History’ page.

1. Deposit Bitcoin on your WEX account

For Bitcoin deposit, select your Bitcoin under “Funds” and click on the “Deposit” box.  In this example, we are using Bitcoin.

Scroll down the page to view your wallet address. Copy the deposit address where you need to send your funds or generate a new one. It is a must to pay attention when you’re copying it as Bitcoin transaction cannot be reversed, and if you’re not careful, you will end up losing your money.

After depositing, you will see your recent deposit transaction at the bottom of the page, or go to ‘History,’ to check all transactions made.

2. Deposit Fiat money on your WEX account

For Fiat money deposit, select your currency under “Funds” and click on the “Deposit” box.  In this example, we are using USD.

Select your payment method from the drop-down menu and enter your amount. Click on “Deposit” to continue. A new window opens up where you need to confirm your deposit. It is highly advised to double check your account number before sending your funds. Once you sent it to the wrong account, it cannot be undone, and your money can be lost permanently.

After depositing, you will see your recent deposit transaction at the bottom of the page, or go to ‘History,’ to check all transactions made.
