Step by step guide on how to withdraw Dash from SouthXchange

You can withdraw both cryptocurrencies and fiat money on your SouthXchange account.

Here’s a guide to help you withdraw funds from your account:

Click here to open SouthXchange.

Log in using the email and password you registered for SouthXchange.

Once you’re in, select “Wallets” from the top bar. You will be taken to the Dash list.

1. Withdraw Dash from SouthXchange

Locate the Dash you want from the list or type it in on the search box. In this example, we will be using Bitcoin.

Add your selected Dash to the “favorites” tab, which is the blue ribbon at the top, by clicking on the heart symbol beside each Dash’s name.

Click on “Withdrawal” from the panel. Take note of the minimum amount, and then enter the information needed. You can choose from paying the fees yourself or letting the receiver pay it.

It is a must always to check the address to avoid sending your funds to the wrong account for once the transaction has been processed, it cannot be reverted.

Once done, select the “Withdraw” button.

You can check the transactions you made by clicking on the “Transactions” button beside “Withdrawal” or the “Orders” button located at the top bar.

Perfect! You have processed Dash withdrawal from your SouthXchange account.

 

2. Withdraw Fiat money on SouthXchange

SouthXchange has already stopped supporting Fiat-related transactions. However, you can still withdraw Fiat money (USD) through bank wire. This service has a fee of $30 (USA) or $45 (rest of the world).

To request this service, please create a support ticket with the following information:

  • Recipient full name
  • Recipient address, city, zip code, country
  • Bank name
  • Bank account number
  • Bank routing number (USA) or SWIFT/IBAN code (international)
  • Amount to transfer in USD (this has to be available in your SouthXchange account). The limit is $4100 per month.

Step by step overview on how to deposit Dash on OEX

With OEX, you can deposit cryptocurrencies like Dash but first, make sure you have completed the account “Verification” process and have activated 2FA.

Here are the steps on how to deposit Dash on your registered and confirmed OEX  account:

Click here to open the exchange site and click on “Sign in.”

Go to “Finance.”

Click on “Recharge” under “Financial” and select your Dash. The system will then generate a wallet address. You can also scan the QR code to generate a new one. Make sure you are using the correct deposit address when processing your deposit transaction to avoid losing funds.

Take Note:

·  Do not recharge any non-BTC assets to the above address, otherwise the assets will not be recovered.

·  After you recharge to the above address, you need to get confirmation from the entire network node. In order to accelerate quickly, you can pay a small fee to the BTC network. The arrival time is usually 10 minutes – 60 minutes.

·   Your recharge address will not change, you can repeat the recharge, if there is any changes, we will notify you via official announcement or email.
