The withdrawal process for Indacoin is only possible for EOS transaction as Fiat money withdrawal via external wallet is not yet available.
Here are the steps on how to withdraw EOS from Indacoin:
To log in, open the Indacoin site and click on “Products” then “Trading Platform.”
Type in your registered email address, password, and the captcha provided by the system. Click on “Sign in” to continue.
After logging in, click on “Send/Request.” Please take note that Indacoin uses the term “Send” for withdrawal.
Select your EOS from the drop-down menu and type in your desired amount. Next, enter the wallet address. It is very important to double check the address that you are pasting to avoid processing invalid withdrawal transaction or losing your funds. Click on “Send” to continue.
Recent and previous transactions can be viewed under “Account History.”
Putting funds into your BitInka account can be done by either depositing through EOS or Fiat money. However, for Fiat deposits, BitInka requires that you verify your identity first. Otherwise, if it’s a EOS deposit, account verification is not necessary.

To initiate a EOS deposit, click on the ‘Cryptocoins’ tab.

Minimum deposit you can make is 0.0001 BTC. You will receive three confirmation notices before your EOS deposit arrives which usually takes up to 24 hours.
Now let’s talk about Fiat deposit. Remember that you can only initiate this process after your account gets verified. To fund a verified account with Fiat money, go to the ‘Currency’ tab which is still under the Wallet section.
From the list of currencies or fiat money, choose which one you want to fund. Click on the ‘Deposit’ button to proceed. On the following page, you must specify on how you’re going to add credit to your account (transfers are the preferred method here). Enter the amount of your deposit and then click Total. Confirm that the amount is correct and hit Enter. An email with the information of the bank account to which you must make the deposit will arrive in your inbox.
Lastly, you have to verify your deposit to avoid delays. To do this, go to the Wallet section and click Deposit. Select the currency to which you have made the deposit and hit Verify. Provide the information being requested on the next page, attach the voucher and click on Save. Crediting time may take 24 to 72 business hours.
