Step by step guide on how to withdraw Ethereum Classic (ETC) from your Bithumb account

Bithumb only allows Fiat money (KRW) withdrawals to Korean residents. Other users have the option to withdraw cryptocurrency like Ethereum Classic (ETC) and here the easy steps to follow:

Go to https://www.bithumb.com  and click on “Sign In.”

Enter the email and password you registered.

Enter the security password you used when you signed up then click “Confirm.”

After logging in, click on the “Wallet” button located at the top bar and select “Withdrawal.”

On the Withdrawal section, select the Ethereum Classic (ETC) or currency you want to withdraw.

Next, enter the amount you wish to withdraw, together with the bank name, bank account, account number, account holder’s name. Always double check your information before submitting withdrawal transactions as it can no longer be reverted and could cause you to lose funds.

Also, type in the cell phone verification code for authentication purposes, and then click “Withdrawal Request.”

Check the transaction history at the bottom of the page where it says “History” or by clicking on the “Pending Order” and “Completed Orders.”

With OKCoin, you can deposit cryptocurrencies like Ethereum Classic (ETC) as well as Fiat money.

Here are the steps on how to deposit funds on your registered and confirmed OKCoin account:

Once logged in, you will see the “My Wallet” page where you can see available tokens. To deposit, click on “Token Deposit” from your selected Ethereum Classic (ETC) or currency.

1. Deposit Ethereum Classic (ETC) on your OKCoin account

For Ethereum Classic (ETC) deposit, select your Ethereum Classic (ETC) under “Token Deposit”. We are using Bitcoin in this example.

Copy the current deposit address or select your wallet address by clicking on “Address history.” It is a must to copy the correct address before submitting the transaction. Otherwise, you may lose control of your Ethereum Classic (ETC) as it can no longer be reverted.

You can check your balance by clicking on the “Balance” menu available on the right side of the page.

Excellent! You have deposited Ethereum Classic (ETC) on your OKCoin account.

 

2. Deposit Fiat money on your OKCoin account

For Fiat money deposit, select your currency under “Token Deposit”. We are using USD in this example.

Choose your bank of deposit and enter your desired amount (as per latest update, the minimum is USD100; maximum depends on your KYC level). Read OKCoin’s terms of service and check the box, then click on “Submit.” After submission, you will be redirected to the deposit confirmation page which shows the details of the beneficiary bank.

Make sure to complete the deposit within 72 hours, or the request will be canceled. It is a must to enter all the required information of the beneficiary bank as instructed in order not to lose your money.

Note: KYC level 2 is required for USD deposit as shown on the image below.
