Withdrawing funds from your BTC-Alpha account is easy. You can process Ethereum Classic (ETC) or Fiat money withdrawals, depending on what currency or cryptocurrency you have deposited.
Below is a guide that will help you withdraw your funds on your BTC-Alpha account:
Click here to open BTC-Alpha exchange.
Log in using the e-mail address and password you registered on BTC-Alpha.
Once you’re logged in, click on your username at the top-right corner and select “Finance.” It will bring you to the “My Wallets” section.
On the “My Wallets” section, select your Ethereum Classic (ETC) and click on “Withdraw.”
In this example, we will be withdrawing Bitcoin. Select one of the systems provided in the BTC-Alpha Exchange Market (sign up beforehand) to withdraw funds from your private account.
Remember to read the following before completing the transaction:
Enter your desired amount.
Next, enter a valid Bitcoin address. You can no longer revert completed transactions so be careful in entering the recipient to avoid sending your funds to the wrong one.
Once done, click on “Withdraw Funds.”
Completed transactions will always reflect on the “History” tab located at the left side of the page.
In BTC-Alpha, USD is the only currency available.
Click on “Finance,” which will take you to the “My Wallets” section. Locate USD from the list and select “Withdraw.”
Like the cryptocurrency process, BTC-Alpha also provides payment solution systems for Fiat money. Select your preferred one (sign up beforehand) in order to start withdrawing funds from your account.
Take note of the message below before making any Fiat money withdrawal:
Enter the amount you wish to withdraw. After that, enter a valid address or email. Always check every detail out to avoid wrong transactions for once completed, withdrawal transactions will not be reverted, and you will lose your money permanently.
Completed transactions will always reflect on the “History” tab located at the left side of the page.
Putting funds into your BitInka account can be done by either depositing through Ethereum Classic (ETC) or Fiat money. However, for Fiat deposits, BitInka requires that you verify your identity first. Otherwise, if it’s a Ethereum Classic (ETC) deposit, account verification is not necessary.
Here, you will find steps that you can follow in funding your BitInka account.

Once the site is up log-in with your registered account.
After logging in, you’ll be routed directly to the Wallet section.
To initiate a Ethereum Classic (ETC) deposit, click on the ‘Cryptocoins’ tab.
Choose the Ethereum Classic (ETC) that you wish to deposit from the list and hit on the ‘Deposit’ button that corresponds the Ethereum Classic (ETC).
The next screen will show your crypto-wallet public address. Enter the platform to which you’re going to acquire Ethereum Classic (ETC) and either scan the QR code or enter the cryptocurrency address. Minimum deposit you can make is 0.0001 BTC. You will receive three confirmation notices before your Ethereum Classic (ETC) deposit arrives which usually takes up to 24 hours.
Now let’s talk about Fiat deposit. Remember that you can only initiate this process after your account gets verified. To fund a verified account with Fiat money, go to the ‘Currency’ tab which is still under the Wallet section.
From the list of currencies or fiat money, choose which one you want to fund. Click on the ‘Deposit’ button to proceed. On the following page, you must specify on how you’re going to add credit to your account (transfers are the preferred method here). Enter the amount of your deposit and then click Total. Confirm that the amount is correct and hit Enter. An email with the information of the bank account to which you must make the deposit will arrive in your inbox.
Lastly, you have to verify your deposit to avoid delays. To do this, go to the Wallet section and click Deposit. Select the currency to which you have made the deposit and hit Verify. Provide the information being requested on the next page, attach the voucher and click on Save. Crediting time may take 24 to 72 business hours.
