Before processing any withdrawal transaction, your account must authenticate first. To do this, go to “Security” and select “Identity Verification.”
Fill out the Authentication form and attach your passport copy. After, click the “confirmation” button.
Go to “Finance” and click “Withdrawal,” or you can also click the “Withdrawal” button located at the account details box on the dashboard for a shortcut.
Next, select the cryptocurrency you wish to withdraw funds from and continue with the process.
Unlike other exchanges, BitMEX only accepts Bitcoin deposits. You have the option to exchange your local currency into Bitcoin at any known exchanges like Bitstamp, Coinbase, and OKCoin. There is no deposit fee on BitMEX.
To help you process your first deposit on BitMEX, we have compiled helpful steps that are easy to follow.
To start, go to the BitMEX log-in page by clicking this link.
On the log-in screen, enter your registered email address, password and two-factor authentication code if 2FA is active on your BitMEX account. Click the login button to continue.
Go to your ‘Account’ page by clicking the Account tab.
Click the ‘Deposit’ button to proceed to the next page.
Here, you will see your personal Multisignature Bitcoin Deposit Address. You can send your deposit either by copying the address or by scanning the QR code. As previously mentioned BitMEX only allows Bitcoin deposits. So deposits of any unsupported coins will be invalid. Crediting of your deposit will happen after receiving one confirmation from the Bitcoin network.
To check your deposit activity, you can go to your Account page and look for the Transaction History section.
