HitBTC has an easy way of withdrawing funds. However, you can only process transactions for cryptocurrencies as Fiat currencies like US dollar, Euros, British Pounds, and more are currently not available.
Here are guided steps on how to withdraw funds from you HitBTC account:
Go to https://hitbtc.com and log into your account using the email and password you’ve registered, then click “Sign in.”
To withdraw your Ethereum, proceed to the “Account” tab. Click on the “Withdraw” button next to your Ethereum.
Before making any withdrawal, make sure that the amount you’d wish to withdraw is deposited on your main account, so you can transfer it from your trading account if needed. Hit the “Transfer” button to proceed.
After transferring your funds from your primary account to the trading account, you can proceed to process the withdrawal.
Enter the amount you’d want to withdraw and paste the receiving address to the “Address” field. Make sure that you’re using the correct address. Once your money has been sent, the transaction wouldn’t be reversed.
Once ready, click “Withdraw.”
After hitting the “Withdraw” button and typing in the authentication code, the following notification is going to pop-up: “Your withdrawal request requires confirmation by e-mail.”
Open your email and locate the message from [email protected], with a subject line “Withdraw verification” that looks like this:
Click the link to confirm your withdrawal. You can manage your withdrawals in the “Reports – Payment history,” or in the “Latest transactions” section at the bottom of the screen.
The three yellow dots show that your withdrawal is being processed. Once completed, it will turn green.
Putting funds into your BitInka account can be done by either depositing through Ethereum or Fiat money. However, for Fiat deposits, BitInka requires that you verify your identity first. Otherwise, if it’s a Ethereum deposit, account verification is not necessary.
Here, you will find steps that you can follow in funding your BitInka account.
Click this to access the platform.
Once the site is up log-in with your registered account.
After logging in, you’ll be routed directly to the Wallet section.
To initiate a Ethereum deposit, click on the ‘Cryptocoins’ tab.
Choose the Ethereum that you wish to deposit from the list and hit on the ‘Deposit’ button that corresponds the Ethereum.
The next screen will show your crypto-wallet public address. Enter the platform to which you’re going to acquire Ethereum and either scan the QR code or enter the cryptocurrency address. Minimum deposit you can make is 0.0001 BTC. You will receive three confirmation notices before your Ethereum deposit arrives which usually takes up to 24 hours.
Now let’s talk about Fiat deposit. Remember that you can only initiate this process after your account gets verified. To fund a verified account with Fiat money, go to the ‘Currency’ tab which is still under the Wallet section.
From the list of currencies or fiat money, choose which one you want to fund. Click on the ‘Deposit’ button to proceed. On the following page, you must specify on how you’re going to add credit to your account (transfers are the preferred method here). Enter the amount of your deposit and then click Total. Confirm that the amount is correct and hit Enter. An email with the information of the bank account to which you must make the deposit will arrive in your inbox.
Lastly, you have to verify your deposit to avoid delays. To do this, go to the Wallet section and click Deposit. Select the currency to which you have made the deposit and hit Verify. Provide the information being requested on the next page, attach the voucher and click on Save. Crediting time may take 24 to 72 business hours.
