Let’s go through the step by step process to help you withdraw funds on your MixCoins account:

Log in using the email address and password you’ve registered for MixCoins.
After logging in, click on ‘Fund’ or hover your mouse over your email address, which is your account name, and select on ‘Withdraw’ from the drop-down menu.
For Ethereum withdrawals, click on the ‘Finances’ page and select on ‘Deposit & Withdraw.’ You can also locate Ethereum from ‘My Wallet’ and click on ‘Withdraw.’
You will then be routed to the ‘Deposit & Withdraw’ page. Make sure that your preferred cryptocurrency is selected correctly and is highlighted in green as well the ‘Withdraw’ box. We are using BTC in this example.
Select your recipient by clicking on the drop-down arrow or click on the ‘Address Book’ button. Be careful in choosing your recipient to avoid sending your money to the wrong Bitcoin or email address. Completed withdrawal transactions can no longer be reverted. Hence, you could lose your money permanently if the wrong recipient is chosen.
Moving on to the next box, enter your desired amount as well as your Funding Password. For security purposes, you have to type in your email address and copy the code sent to your Inbox, then go back to the Withdrawal page and paste the code. If you have additional comments, there’s a space for that as well which says ‘Comments.’ Once done, click on the ‘Withdraw’ button to continue.
Recent withdrawal transaction is reflected at the bottom of the page, or if you go to ‘History,’ you will see all transactions made.
