At GetBTC one can withdraw funds through Lampix (PIX) or Fiat money with no hassles. You can also quickly complete the process in just a few minutes. However, just like deposits, it is also necessary to connect your Crypto Capital account to make a Fiat withdrawal possible.
To help you with your withdrawal, we have come up with easy-to-follow steps below.
The first thing to do is log-in to your account. The landing page is here.
Provide your registered email address and password by entering them on their respective boxes. To proceed, hit the Login button.
For accounts with enabled 2FA setting, a token is necessary to go through the next page. Retrieve and enter this code from the authenticator app, then click Validate.
After signing in, click on the ‘Withdraw’ tab to start your withdrawal.
Now that you’re already on the Withdraw page, you can now start acquiring funds from your Lampix (PIX) wallet on GetBTC.
Select the account/cryptocurrency that you like to withdraw from the drop-down list and enter the recipient’s address on the ‘Send to Address’ field. Additionally, type in the transaction fee and the ‘Amount’ to send. Hit the ‘Withdraw Lampix (PIX)’ button to complete this step.
Aside from withdrawing Lampix (PIX), you can also process a Fiat money withdrawal. From the Withdraw page, select the currency that you wish to get the funds. We’re using USD in this example. Next, select ‘Crypto Capital’ as the receiver of the funds, your E-wallet number, and the amount you wish to withdraw. Take it as a habit to always check that all information you provide is correct to avoid losing your money and getting extra fees. Click the ‘Withdraw’ button once you are ready to complete the transaction.
You can view your withdrawal activity on the ‘Recent Withdrawals’ section of the Withdraw page.
With Gatecoin, you can deposit cryptocurrencies like Lampix (PIX) as well as Fiat money.
Here are the steps on how to deposit funds on your registered and confirmed Gatecoin account:
Click here to open the exchange site.
Log in using the email address and password you’ve filed for Gatecoin.
Once you’re logged in, you can see different menus on the left side of the page. Click on ‘Deposit’ which is the fifth option from the top.
For Lampix (PIX) deposit, go to ‘Deposit Funds’ and click on your Lampix (PIX). In this example, we are using BTC.
Right below the currency options is the deposit address.
You can either copy the current deposit address or generate a new one. Scan the QR code and type in the numbers or copy the address using the external Lampix (PIX) wallet that holds the Lampix (PIX) you want to deposit. Send the transaction to continue.
It is a must to copy the correct address before submitting the transaction. Otherwise, you may lose control of your Lampix (PIX) as it can no longer be reverted.
Bitcoin funds should be available after six confirmations. You will see your recent and previous deposit transactions by clicking on ‘History.’
For Fiat money deposit, go to ‘Deposit Funds’ and select HKD/USD/EUR as well as your location. We are using USD in this example.
You will then see Gatecoin’s bank account details and instructions for you to process an e-banking or wire transfer depending on your location. After sending the transfer, upload the receipt of the transaction in your Gatecoin account under “Submit” next to “Instructions.”
Fill out the information correctly as it is shown on the account statement. You are also required to attach a screenshot of the online banking payment confirmation message. Gatecoin’s service provider will not issue the funds if the needed information is not provided.
The bank transfer takes up to two business days. You will see your recent and previous deposit transactions by clicking on ‘History.’
