Processing Litecoin withdrawal from your DSX account is only possible after passing the Know Your Customer” or “KYC” stage.
Here you will find steps that can help you make your first Litecoin withdrawal on DSX.
First off, access the log-in page of the exchange.
After logging in, click on “Account,” then “Withdraw.”
You can follow the same withdrawal process on all available cryptocurrencies on DSX. Remember that DSX is supporting Bitcoin (BTC), Bitcoin Cash (BCC), Bitcoin Gold (BTG), Litecoin (LTC) and Ethereum (ETH).
To withdraw Litecoin from your DSX account to external wallet, you need to create a withdrawal template and use template each time you want to withdraw your funds to the same wallet address.
Inside the “Withdraw” page, click on “Create Template” and choose your Litecoin. Specify the template name (label) and wallet address to which you want to withdraw funds. Make sure that you are selecting the correct address to avoid losing funds. The template will be available on the “Withdraw” page.
To withdraw cryptocurrency from your DSX account using existing withdrawal template, click on the necessary withdrawal template. You will be redirected to the withdrawal form where you need to enter your withdrawal amount. Click the “Withdraw” button afterward and approve your withdrawal request.
Litecoin withdrawals are processed and sent to the cryptocurrency network in a few minutes. In some instances, it can take up to few hours due to additional security screening. Additional delays with Litecoin withdrawals can be caused by limited liquidity on DSX hot wallets. In that case, the withdrawals processing delay can be up to a few hours, while DSX transfer funds to hot wallet.
Just like processing Litecoin withdrawal, you need to complete the KYC stage before you can proceed with your transaction.
After clicking on “Withdraw,” you will be given instructions on what to input like your withdrawal amount.
Bank transfer withdrawals are usually processed within 1-2 business days. It can take longer during bank holidays. DSX uses Rietumu Bank to send bank transfers.
