In Bibox, only cryptocurrencies are allowed (no Fiat money).
We are going to teach you how to withdraw NEO from your Bibox account and here are the steps:
Open the Bibox website – https://www.bibox.com
Log into your account by entering the email and password you registered.
Go to “Assets” located at the top bar beside your profile.
From the Assets page, go to the “Withdraw” section. Select your NEO and enter the required details such as the amount and the withdrawal address. Pay attention to the wallet address that you’re copying as processed NEO withdrawals can no longer be reverted. If you transact with the wrong one, you will lose your money permanently. Click the Withdraw NEO button to continue.
To check on the status of the withdrawal transaction that you just made, go to the “Withdrawal” section.
CEX.io offers a convenient way of depositing NEO or Fiat money on your verified and confirmed account. Prior to making deposit transactions, Google Authentication must be activated.
These steps are very helpful in making your first NEO deposit on CEX.io.
Access the CEX.io website by clicking this link. Log in using your registered email address and password or via your social media account.
After logging in, you’d automatically see the “Deposit” button in green.
To deposit NEO on your CEX.io account, select your NEO and enter your desired amount at the right side of the screen, then click on “Continue.”
You will be given an address. This is what you need to use in processing your NEO deposit or you can also scan the QR code to generate a new one. See to it that you are copying the correct address when depositing to avoid losing funds.
NEO deposit transactions are available at the bottom of the page under “Recent BTC transactions.”
The ability to deposit Fiat money on your CEX.io account is possible and you have three options to select from. First, you need to select your currency and enter your desired amount on the right side of the screen. Second, select your deposit payment method and fill out the form asked by the system.
If you choose to fund your account from the card, you need to input the card data. Note that you can fund your account only from your personal card, not 3rd parties cards.
