For NEO deposit, select your NEO below “Crypto Balance.” In this example, we are using Bitcoin.
Click on “Deposit” next to the NEO.
A new box pops-up displaying the NEO address. Click on copy and make sure the address is correctly copied. Pay attention when you’re copying it as NEO transaction cannot be reversed, and if you’re not careful, you would end up losing your money.
After depositing NEO on your account, you will see your transactions when you go to “Transaction History.”
If you prefer to deposit using Fiat money, select your currency below “Fiat Balance.” In this example, we are using USD.
Click on “Deposit” next to your selected currency.
Next, choose your payment method and select whether the deposit is through the merchant or direct transfer. Always check your account number before sending you funds. Once you sent it to the wrong account number, it cannot be undone and your money can be lost permanently.
Click on “Pay now” to continue.
After depositing Fiat money on your account, you will see your transactions when you go to “Transaction History.”
